Returns & Refunds Policy

If you're looking to return your Sylva order, you can do so within 14 days once delivered, provided the bottles are unopened and sealed. Opened bottles are only accepted if the product is faulty. To make a return, please let us know and return the bottles within the next 14 days. We will process a refund if the items are in resalable condition.
